Summary of Position: As the Associate Practice Development Manager, you will partner with practices and deliver world class service that includes account management to new and existing customers, practice education on devices, business review, sales strategy, and staff training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain positive and long-term relationships with practices
  • Territory penetration to seek out opportunities for sales in new and existing accounts (road warrior)
  • Evaluate and determine appropriate criteria for practice growth and retention
  • Retain extensive knowledge of device line and their functions through materials provided by the company
  • Provide appropriate training and business acumen to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, office managers, and staff
  • Provide ongoing and multiple touch points with accounts to ensure continued success
  • Participate in and support practices with event planning and execution
  • Maintain solid partnerships with company vendors and assist with introduction and launch of their services with clients
  • Assist with development of the practice by sharing best practices on email marketing, Google, social media, and website information
  • Manage day to day sales administration in a detailed and timely manner
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of aesthetic practice experience
  • Effective communication & technical presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic & interpersonal skills
