Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Director – Dermocosmetics USA and will be responsible for supporting the marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Trade Show & Event Coordination:
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
- Handle event logistics, including booth setup.
- Marketing Materials & Collateral Creation:
- Design or coordinate the production of brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials, aligning with company guidelines.
- Presentation Development:
- Assist in the creation of polished, professional marketing and sales presentations.
- Support leadership in preparing presentations for meetings, events, and product launches.
- Event Planning Support:
- Assist in organizing workshops, customer events, and internal team-building events.
- Coordinate invitations, RSVPs, and post-event follow-ups.
- Marketing Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare industry preferred.
