Overview:

As Clinical Director, you will shape the future of dental 3D printing by developing world-class clinical education programs, fostering relationships with industry leaders, and guiding research efforts to validate and enhance company product offerings. Your expertise will bridge the gap between innovation and real-world clinical applications, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of efficacy and usability.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Advocacy & Education

  • Expand and strengthen the network of clinical advocates, including dentists and lab technicians.
  • Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), educators, and industry experts.
  • Identify and coordinate company’s participation in clinical education opportunities, including conferences and training events.
  • Develop and oversee Continuing Education (CE) programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Support educational events and craft compelling clinical messaging for products.

Research & Development

  • Lead clinical research projects and university collaborations to validate products.
  • Develop clinical protocols for pre-market and post-market studies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Analyze industry trends and insights to inform company’s innovation strategy.
  • Provide clinical insights to the R&D team to enhance product development and digital workflows.

Marketing & Content Development

  • Ensure clinical relevance and accuracy in all marketing and educational materials.
  • Review and validate content for webinars, social media, articles, and training programs.
  • Enhance customer engagement by refining clinical messaging across various platforms.

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Oversee compliance with industry regulations and continuing education requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. healthcare provider collaboration laws and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD degree with an active California dental license.
  • 10+ years of experience in clinical education, research, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and 3D printing workflows.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute clinical education strategies.
  • Experience working with universities, research facilities, and KOLs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with dental 3D printing applications (e.g., clear aligners, guided implant placement, dentures, occlusal guards, digital smile design).
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations related to provider collaborations.
  • Previous involvement in medical device or dental product R&D.
