Overview:
The Vice President, Finance provides strategic and operational financial leadership for the business. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive performance, guide strategic decision-making, and support sustainable growth. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics, and scalable financial processes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary finance partner to business leadership, providing strategic guidance to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and profitability.
  • Lead financial planning activities including annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analytics to support executive and operational decision-making.
  • Oversee budgeting, expense management, and investment prioritization to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching, mentoring, and hands-on leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, new product launches, and operational optimization.
  • Provide financial leadership on capital planning, liquidity analysis, and risk management in support of growth initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial governance, policies, internal controls, and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
  • Enhance business partnering capabilities by developing tools, dashboards, and financial models that enable forward-looking insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership for a $300M+ business
  • Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP, financial planning, cost accounting, and financial systems
  • Experience in consumer skincare or consumer products strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder partnership skills
  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across functions
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
