Overview:

Our client is a global healthcare company dedicated to developing science-driven, high-quality medical solutions. They are seeking a Marketing and Commercial Enablement Manager to join their team. The Marketing and Commercial Enablement Manager is a customer insight-driven, sales-facing professional responsible for translating marketing initiatives and engagement activities into measurable commercial impact. This role drives sales enablement, lead activation, and training execution to support lead progression, sales readiness, and portfolio adoption. The position partners cross-functionally to ensure alignment between customer engagement strategies, lead management processes, and field execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation and ongoing management of event management and CRM systems, including backend configuration and optimization.
  • Manage lead capture, tagging, nurturing workflows, and post-event follow-up processes across events, educational programs, and campaigns.
  • Conduct lead conversion analysis and report on performance trends to identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Lead coordination and execution of sales training initiatives, including new hire onboarding, product launch training, and ongoing product education.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support development of training content informed by commercial team feedback.
  • Support new product launch activities, including preparation of supporting documentation, forecasts, system setup, and training materials.
  • Translate market, competitive, and pricing analyses into maintained pricing tools and competitive matrices to support downstream execution.
  • Develop and manage sales enablement resources such as competitive matrices, FAQs, objection handling guides, presentations, and messaging frameworks.
  • Maintain sales enablement platforms and ensure accessibility of tools and materials for field teams.
  • Serve as a sales-facing marketing partner, incorporating field insights into enablement strategies and lead management improvements.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment in the development and execution of brand and product strategies.
  • Support additional strategic projects as needed, assuming leadership responsibility when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred
  • Experience in product marketing preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to execute effectively in cross-functional environments
  • Strong organizational skills, persistence, and problem-solving capabilities
