Overview:
Our client, a healthcare leader, is seeking a Channel Director, Dental to join their team. The Channel Director, Dental is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and growing the dental vertical, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and aligning financial solutions with the needs of high-production dental practices, DSOs, and specialty centers. This position bridges product innovation with clinical and operational workflows to drive adoption, revenue growth, and enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a national go-to-market and sales strategy focused on high-value dental procedures, including implants and restorative services.
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify opportunities and strengthen product differentiation.
- Prospect, acquire, and manage enterprise-level clients, including DSOs, implant groups, and multi-location specialty practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to integrate financing solutions into clinical workflows.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, including lending criteria, pricing structures, and user experience.
- Ensure solutions are optimized for fast-paced, in-office environments and support patient conversion.
- Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics such as application volume, approval rates, funded volume, acquisition cost, and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in dental, medical financing, or a related industry
- Proven track record of selling to C-suite executives within DSOs or large dental organizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, practical way for clinical and operational audiences
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships within the dental industry
- Willingness to travel up to 40% for industry events, trade shows, and onsite client visits
