Overview:
Our client is a leading dental implant company seeking an Events Manager to join their team. The Events Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and performance of all local and regional events, as well as internal trainings. This role ensures high-quality experiences that support clinical education, sales enablement, and brand growth. The Events Manager collaborates cross-functionally to deliver seamless, impactful events while aligning execution with broader academy and commercial strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the annual events plan in alignment with academy, marketing, and sales objectives.
  • Manage and track budgets, ensuring cost control, revenue performance, and event profitability.
  • Plan and deliver customer events, clinical trainings, conferences, exhibitions, and internal team programs.
  • Oversee end-to-end event execution, including venues, logistics, vendors, hospitality, and on-site operations.
  • Coordinate participant communications, registration, agendas, and overall attendee experience.
  • Manage clinical content in collaboration with internal teams and KOLs to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Track event performance and support demand generation, lead capture, and conversion in partnership with sales.
  • Handle post-event follow-up, including lead handoff, participant engagement, and conversion support.
  • Manage KOL relationships, including recruitment, scheduling, contracts, travel, and event alignment.
  • Coordinate partnerships with DSOs, professional organizations, and other external stakeholders.
  • Support training center activities and ensure smooth execution of courses and events.
  • Oversee CE credit processes and ensure compliance for local events.
  • Provide operational support for mentorship and training programs, including scheduling and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of event management experience, ideally in dental, healthcare, or medical devices
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills with experience executing complex events
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including working with clinical professionals or KOLs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and CE accreditation processes is a plus
