Overview:
Our client is a leading dental implant company seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving brand awareness, demand generation, and marketing execution across the US and Canadian markets. This role aligns regional initiatives with global strategy while adapting campaigns and messaging to local market needs. The Marketing Manager partners cross-functionally to support commercial objectives, enhance customer engagement, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned with company objectives and global strategy.
- Adapt and implement campaigns, product launches, and initiatives for US and Canadian markets.
- Create and manage digital content, campaigns, webinars, and marketing materials.
- Oversee clinical content development, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage digital assets, website content, and CRM.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and lead quality.
- Plan and execute events, conferences, exhibitions, and clinical education programs.
- Manage end-to-end clinical event execution, including logistics, vendors, faculty, and on-site operations.
- Develop and control event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
- Coordinate partnerships, branding, and production of marketing materials.
- Maintain brand consistency and align local initiatives with global guidelines.
- Oversee lead management, qualification, and conversion tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or dental industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience in event planning and field marketing is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global teams
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare marketing is a plus
