Overview:

Our client is a pioneering skincare brand, grounded in advanced bioscience and cutting-edge skin research. The brand is known for its innovation-first approach to beauty and its commitment to high-performance skincare solutions. They are seeking a strategic, analytical, and creative Senior Manager, Brand & Trade Marketing to drive growth and brand equity in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead channel-specific marketing strategies across key retail partners and platforms online and in-store, supporting a Sephora partnership.
  • Develop annual and seasonal brand plans in alignment with global strategy and local market goals.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy & execution for new product launches and hero franchise support.
  • Develop retailer marketing plans, including launches, tentpoles, promotions, sampling, and merchandising initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Retail partners to ensure alignment on product storytelling, brand priorities, and commercial objectives.
  • Own brand-led campaign strategy and execution across retail, e-commerce, and owned brand touchpoints (excluding social, PR, and influencer execution).
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team on asset localization and U.S.-specific needs.
  • Track and analyze performance KPIs across brand campaigns, product launches, and channel marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor retailer and channel performance to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry
  • Experience leading day-to-day retailer relationships
  • Proven experience leading campaigns from strategy through execution
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Clear communicator and natural collaborator across departments and cultures
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
