Overview:
Our client, a leading dental implant company, is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive growth across DSOs and dental laboratories. This role will focus on identifying high-value opportunities, leading complex negotiations, and managing partnerships from first contact through long-term execution. It’s a high-impact, results-driven position for someone who excels at closing institutional deals and building lasting commercial relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a pipeline by identifying and engaging key decision-makers at DSOs and large dental laboratories.
  • Lead end-to-end negotiations for supply agreements, clinical education partnerships, and volume-based pricing structures.
  • Manage contract lifecycle including documentation, renewals, and compliance across all institutional partnerships.
  • Track partnership performance to ensure revenue and volume targets are consistently achieved.
  • Partner with internal clinical and product teams to tailor solutions for large-scale dental organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales
  • Experience working with DSOs, dental labs, or medical device companies strongly preferred
  • Proven success closing institutional deals with contract values of $250K+
  • Strong CRM experience managing complex pipelines and forecasting revenue
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed for partner visits and industry events
