Overview:
Our client is a leading dental implant company seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team. The Marketing Specialist will support and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional channels. This role is responsible for marketing communications, including social media content management, coordination of marketing materials, graphics, brochures, presentations, and overall support for marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with social media platforms, marketing communications, and AI tools to support content creation and marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for marketing communications and day-to-day marketing support activities.
- Manage and maintain company social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and monitoring.
- Coordinate marketing materials including graphics, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, and branded content.
- Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
- Utilize AI tools and marketing technology platforms to support content development, communications, and workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Support website updates, digital marketing efforts, and other communication initiatives as needed.
- Track and assist with reporting on social media and marketing performance metrics.
- Maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing communications, or social media management
- Experience managing social media platforms and coordinating digital marketing content
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content generation, or workflow support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, graphics, and promotional materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing/design tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
