We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven Account Manager to expand the presence of an innovative dermatology product in Southern California. The role involves building strong relationships with Dermatologists and Rheumatologists, implementing targeted sales strategies, and driving product adoption to meet sales goals and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key prescribers in the territory
  • Communicate product information effectively through in-person and virtual channels
  • Execute strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales initiatives
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and therapeutic areas
  • Accurately track and report sales activities and outcomes

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years of pharmaceutical or diagnostic sales experience
  • Dermatology and Rheumatology expertise is preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required
