Head of U.S. Sales

In this role, he/she will lead and be responsible for the overall development of the company’s products, starting with the medical aesthetics devices and cosmeceuticals in the US, by supporting the organization to achieve its plan in this priority region, in the following areas of expertise:

  1. Management & oversight the current operational business in the US market.
  2. Create and execute operational plans in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  3. Support and lead the sell-out strategy with existing partners. Develop and implement marketing initiatives for products, including identification of target markets.
  4. Propel strategic sales growth by executing short, medium, and long-term business plans.
  5. Implement organizational changes to align with company goals or comply with legal requirements.
  6. Be responsible for the full P&L in the US
  7. Propose a development plan in the US market:
  • Direct the formulation of strategic plans for the company’s overall operations and long-term growth
  • Optimization of current partnerships and seek for potential new partners
  • Define the right organization to support the business in the US
  • Propose some potential business development opportunities
  1. Support product registration in collaboration with International regulatory team
  2. Develop a KOL network to support product education in the US and abroad
  3. Support the entire supply chain spectrum, managing activities from local third-party sourcing to intra-company supplies.

The Head of US Sales will also define in collaboration with the top management strategies in relation to international market development and support the execution of those strategies in collaboration with the Global and Corporate Leadership team.
