Our client is a fast-growing company specializing in advanced medical and aesthetic technologies. They are seeking an experiences Sales Manager, UK to join their team. The Sales Manager, UK is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling capital equipment and solutions to customers across the healthcare, medical, and aesthetic sectors. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and delivering a consultative sales approach throughout the entire sales cycle. The Sales Manager, UK works cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial engagement through post-sale support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across public and private sector accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative sales meetings tailored to customer needs.
  • Develop customized proposals and effectively communicate the value of products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Clinical, and other internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a product and technical resource for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver training and educational sessions for customers as needed.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Consistently provide a high standard of customer service and post-sale support.

Qualifications:

  • Degree, A Levels, or equivalent education in a scientific or business-related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience selling medical capital equipment or in B2B sales, alternatively 3+ years of experience selling injectables or within pharmaceutical sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process from prospecting through closing
  • Customer-focused with a results-driven approach and strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to travel within the territory
