Our client is a leading capital aesthetics device company making significant advancements in the field of medical aesthetics and surgical technologies with their FDA-cleared facial rejuvenation device. They are developing next-generation minimally invasive surgical solutions.

As the Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the aesthetic laser products, from concept through launch and beyond. You’ll work at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and execution, partnering with R&D, clinical, and sales teams to create high-impact campaigns that position our products as the undisputed leaders in the industry. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the charge on the end-to-end lifecycle of our revolutionary aesthetic laser products, taking them from ideation to market leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to spot emerging trends, opportunities, and customer needs—transforming these insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
  • Craft and define the product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with internal teams and Key Opinion Leaders to position our products as the gold standard.
  • Collaborate with R&D to innovate and refine our product offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of the market and exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive successful product launches with laser-focused marketing and sales strategies, ensuring every campaign amplifies our brand’s impact in the marketplace.
  • Monitor and optimize product performance by analyzing customer feedback, sales data, and industry trends, ensuring continuous product improvements and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, keeping a finger on the pulse of cutting-edge advancements in aesthetic technology and competitor movements to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably in aesthetics, medical devices, or technology industries.
  • A deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and best practices in order to grow a brand into a market leader that generates hundreds of millions of dollars.
  • A proven record of successfully launching and managing products through every stage of the lifecycle.
  • Ability to analyze market research and transform it into innovative, customer-centric product strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  You have to be a solid storyteller to capture the imagine and market share.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly with R&D, marketing, and sales teams.
  • A data-driven mindset, with strong analytical skills to fuel decisions and product refinements.
