Overview:
Our client is a leading capital aesthetics device company making significant advancements in the field of medical aesthetics and surgical technologies with their FDA-cleared facial rejuvenation device. This company is developing next-generation minimally invasive surgical solutions.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal teams to develop and produce high-quality print and digital marketing materials that align with brand guidelines. This position will play a key role in managing design assets, conducting research, and overseeing final production for both packaging and promotional content.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand manager and eCommerce leads to conceptualize, design and develop brand marketing materials and compelling digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts, render design options and prepare files for final production for PRINT: packaging, mock-ups, point-of-sale signage, brochures, postcards, sell sheets, flyers, public relations materials, advertising and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts, render design options and prepare files for final production for DIGITAL: online (social media, paid search) and eCommerce website marketing materials including: LP/PDP assets, banners, email marketing templates, and more.
- Assist in the following design projects: design & trend research, mood boards, collateral design, advertisements, digital and social media content.
- Create, maintain, and organize library of designs, resources, and materials.
- Create graphic layouts for primary and secondary packaging within brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Prepare and check final artwork for primary and secondary packaging and promotional items before they are released for production.
- Work as a liaison with vendors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in visual communication, graphic design, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop retouching skills required)
- Superior typography & design skills
- Strong creative acumen and awareness of design trends
- A portfolio demonstrating a core competency in graphic design
- Experience working with a variety of touchpoints; packaging, branding, advertising, displays, and websites.
- Ability to concept, develop and create a wide variety of creative assets (print, web, advertising, collateral, etc.)
- Experience creating paid social ads and display ads
- Experience with prepping files for production, including packaging of assets, file export, in various file formats, etc.
- Experience with animation and video-editing a plus
