Overview:

Our client is an international aesthetics innovator, seeking a Key Account Manager to join their team. The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with strategic accounts while expanding the client portfolio. The role combines commercial leadership, sales management, and partnership development to support scientific initiatives and medical education activities within the aesthetic medicine industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts within assigned regions.
  • Identify client needs and develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Achieve sales targets and lead partnership negotiations.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure successful execution of commercial partnerships.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle through regular engagement and visits.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting procedures and industry regulations.
  • Support regional sales teams in developing high-potential accounts.
  • Promote the company’s value proposition during client interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and industry stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical education teams to support partnerships, training programs, KOL development, and educational initiatives.
  • Contribute to annual medical education planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with international teams when required.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry or a related healthcare field, particularly in key account management and KOL management
  • Degree in business, science, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong business development, sales prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in project-based environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Veeva
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process management
  • Ability to travel regionally as required (approximately 30% travel)
