Key Responsibilities:

As the Practice Development Manager , you will partner with practices and deliver world class service that includes account management to new and existing customers, practice education on devices, business review, sales strategy, and staff training.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive and long-term relationships with practices
  • Territory penetration to seek out opportunities for sales in new and existing accounts (road warrior)
  • Evaluate and determine appropriate criteria for practice growth and retention
  • Retain extensive knowledge of device line and their functions through materials provided by the company
  • Provide appropriate training and business acumen to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, office managers, and staff
  • Provide ongoing and multiple touch points with accounts to ensure continued success
  • Participate in and support practices with event planning and execution
  • Maintain solid partnerships with company vendors and assist with introduction and launch of their services with clients
  • Assist with development of the practice by sharing best practices on email marketing, Google, social media, and website information
  • Manage day to day sales administration in a detailed and timely manner
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of aesthetic sales or practice development experience
  • Effective communication & technical presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic & interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
