Overview:
Our client is a leading dental implant company seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales and service performance across dental practices, oral surgery offices, and dental laboratories within an assigned territory. This role focuses on promoting and selling dental products, solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers while aligning with company policies and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with Area Director guidance.
  • Assess customer needs and present appropriate dental products, solutions, and services.
  • Monitor sales trends and plan activities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and grow business.
  • Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers through effective sales strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with key dental influencers to expand market share.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely updates to leadership.
  • Stay informed on product developments, clinical data, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and effectively implement them in the field.
  • Manage travel and expenses within budget to support territory coverage.
  • Complete administrative tasks and reports in a timely manner.
  • Participate in trade shows, company meetings, and support local educational programs.
  • Communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in dental or medical device sales
  • Proven track record in capital equipment or dental sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the territory
  • Experience launching or selling new technologies
  • Strategic, innovative thinker; start-up experience is a plus
  • Dental or private practice experience preferred
