This executive develops and executes strategic initiatives that drive market expansion, product adoption, revenue growth, and profitability.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role provides strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight to the sales organization to ensure achievement of business objectives. Through a collaborative and results-oriented leadership style, the Vice President fosters a strong team culture focused on performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales organization, continuously elevating team capability and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and optimize the direct sales structure to support business growth and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and communicate a compelling vision and culture for the sales organization aligned with overall business strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to strengthen skills and institutionalize best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement effective compensation and incentive programs that drive performance and profitable growth.<\/li>\n<li>Define and enhance sales processes, systems, tools, and infrastructure to support efficient execution.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align pricing, promotional strategies, channel initiatives, and lead generation efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and manage annual sales budgets to maximize return on investment.<\/li>\n<li>Lead national and regional sales meetings to drive engagement, alignment, and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, including negotiating and closing major agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics to support a cohesive, customer-focused sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce and refine sales training programs, tools, and performance measurement systems.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver sustained, scalable growth aligned with annual operating objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/li>\n<li>MBA or advanced degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>15+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales and sales management<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in the aesthetics industry required<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success developing and executing commercial strategies to launch products and expand into new markets<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading large, geographically dispersed direct sales teams (100+ employees), including scaling teams during periods of growth<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive performance, inspire teams, and exceed revenue targets in dynamic, fast-paced environments<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing change and leading teams through rapid growth and evolving market conditions<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration, engagement, and alignment across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>West &#8211; CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, TX<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1305<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[132,28,29,32,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250389","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-executive-management","6":"product_cat-geography","7":"product_cat-job-function","8":"product_cat-open","9":"product_cat-sales","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
