This role focuses on promoting and selling dental products, solutions, and services to both existing and prospective customers while aligning with company policies and strategic objectives.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with Area Director guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Assess customer needs and present appropriate dental products, solutions, and services.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales trends and plan activities to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and grow business.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, engage, and convert prospective customers through effective sales strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate relationships with key dental influencers to expand market share.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer records and provide timely updates to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Stay informed on product developments, clinical data, and competitive landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company policies and effectively implement them in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Manage travel and expenses within budget to support territory coverage.<\/li>\n<li>Complete administrative tasks and reports in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in trade shows, company meetings, and support local educational programs.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate complex clinical and technical information clearly and professionally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>2+ years of sales experience, preferably in dental or medical device sales<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in capital equipment or dental sales<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 75% within the territory<\/li>\n<li>Experience launching or selling new technologies<\/li>\n<li>Strategic, innovative thinker; start-up experience is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Dental or private practice experience preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Greater New York City, NY<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1323<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[28,29,68,32,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250425","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-geography","6":"product_cat-job-function","7":"product_cat-new-york","8":"product_cat-open","9":"product_cat-sales","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
