This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the development of territory-specific strategies, customer education, and the expansion of a strong customer base.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build confidence and understanding around the treatment\u2019s value and clinical benefits<\/li>\n<li>Gain deep insight into key accounts within the territory, including potential challenges to adoption<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and lead the execution of account strategies to drive engagement and utilization<\/li>\n<li>Create and execute business plans for account growth, including strategic mapping and stakeholder analysis<\/li>\n<li>Identify and engage key influencers and advocates within accounts to support awareness and communication<\/li>\n<li>Develop a strategic plan at the territory level to support broader ecosystem awareness and prioritize outreach, education, and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Lead initiatives to inform and educate healthcare providers on identification and referral best practices<\/li>\n<li>Partner with internal teams to provide cohesive and effective customer support<\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization at local, regional, and national meetings as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, administrative, and financial policies<\/li>\n<li>Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales<\/li>\n<li>Background in account management or experience with specialty product sales preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to use data to guide territory planning and drive business outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in increasing provider engagement and educational awareness<\/li>\n<li>Experience in launching new products or services in a field-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization across sales, medical, and support teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong business acumen and a strategic, solution-focused mindset<\/li>\n<li>Skilled communicator with the ability to lead productive two-way conversations with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Receptive to coaching and committed to continuous improvement and performance accountability<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% for customer visits, conferences, training, and internal meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wilmington, DE<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1328<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[118,28,29,32,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250432","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-delaware","6":"product_cat-geography","7":"product_cat-job-function","8":"product_cat-open","9":"product_cat-sales","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
