The Channel Director, Dental is a senior leadership role responsible for owning and growing the dental vertical, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and aligning financial solutions with the needs of high-production dental practices, DSOs, and specialty centers. This position bridges product innovation with clinical and operational workflows to drive adoption, revenue growth, and enterprise partnerships.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Lead the development and execution of a national go-to-market and sales strategy focused on high-value dental procedures, including implants and restorative services.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify opportunities and strengthen product differentiation.<\/li>\n<li>Prospect, acquire, and manage enterprise-level clients, including DSOs, implant groups, and multi-location specialty practices.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to integrate financing solutions into clinical workflows.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings, including lending criteria, pricing structures, and user experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure solutions are optimized for fast-paced, in-office environments and support patient conversion.<\/li>\n<li>Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics such as application volume, approval rates, funded volume, acquisition cost, and retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles<\/li>\n<li>7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in dental, medical financing, or a related industry<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of selling to C-suite executives within DSOs or large dental organizations<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and identify areas for improvement<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, practical way for clinical and operational audiences<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships within the dental industry<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel up to 40% for industry events, trade shows, and onsite client visits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remote, USA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1340<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[132,28,29,32,35,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250524","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-executive-management","6":"product_cat-geography","7":"product_cat-job-function","8":"product_cat-open","9":"product_cat-remote-position","10":"product_cat-sales","11":"product_cat-status","13":"first","14":"instock","15":"shipping-taxable","16":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
