This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with strong outbound sales experience who thrives in a growth-oriented environment. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, mentor and develop team members, and help expand the team from a small core group into a larger, scalable organization. The ideal candidate is energetic, metrics-driven, and excited by the opportunity to build processes, improve performance, and drive revenue growth across multiple territories.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Actively participate in outbound sales efforts including prospecting, cold calling, follow-up campaigns, and closing new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Lead by example with consistent daily sales activity and high outbound call volume.<\/li>\n<li>Build, coach, and develop a remote inside sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.<\/li>\n<li>Scale the inside sales organization over time.<\/li>\n<li>Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and refine call scripts, sales messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with clients to build relationships, generate interest, and drive conversions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor sales pipelines, activity metrics, and conversion performance across assigned territories.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in creating sales processes and operational workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth initiatives and expansion strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a competitive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.<\/li>\n<li>Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within assigned markets and territories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>3+ years of inside sales leadership or sales management experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in telemarketing, outbound sales, or high-volume inside sales environments<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate sales teams in a remote environment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Experience recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and territories<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization<\/li>\n<li>Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving<\/li>\n<li>Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remote, USA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1352<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[28,29,32,35,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250554","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-geography","6":"product_cat-job-function","7":"product_cat-open","8":"product_cat-remote-position","9":"product_cat-sales","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
