This role is ideal for someone with a clinical dental background who enjoys working directly with doctors and office teams in both clinical and customer-facing environments. The Clinical Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting product adoption, assisting with training and education, and serving as a trusted resource for customers. This position requires a strong blend of clinical understanding, communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Provide in-office clinical support and guidance to dental practices utilizing implant products and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Travel throughout assigned West Coast territories to support customer relationships, training, and case support.<\/li>\n<li>Assist doctors and clinical teams with product education, workflow integration, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations, relationship-building, and customer engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and responsiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in chairside support, clinical observations, and procedural assistance when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Help coordinate and support training sessions, educational programs, and customer onboarding.<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with dentists, specialists, office managers, and clinical staff.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge of company products, implant workflows, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Document customer interactions, field activity, and follow-up actions within company systems.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with trade shows, industry events, and educational meetings as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Prior experience as a dental assistant or clinical dental professional preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience in dental implants, oral surgery, periodontics, or restorative dentistry preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of dental office workflows and clinical procedures<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working directly with doctors and clinical teams in a customer-facing environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel throughout the West Coast<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role<\/li>\n<li>Ability to support both clinical and relationship-building aspects of the business<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and customer service skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los Angeles, CA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1353<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[30,28,29,32,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250555","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-california","6":"product_cat-geography","7":"product_cat-job-function","8":"product_cat-open","9":"product_cat-sales","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
