As Director, you will optimize customer engagement strategies, shape access initiatives for high-impact products, and support future product launch planning. You will join a high-performing, cross-functional team that includes experts in Market Access, Health Economics &amp; Value Assessment (HEVA), Pricing, Policy, Public Affairs, and Brand Strategy. You will collaborate closely with U.S. and global colleagues, including field-based access and reimbursement teams, ensuring alignment across strategy, execution, and customer engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive U.S. market access strategy in alignment with brand, pricing, reimbursement, and customer engagement objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with health systems, providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize customer engagement and ensure therapies and innovations are positioned effectively for patients and customers.<\/li>\n<li>Guide and support field-based access and reimbursement teams by developing customer-facing materials and delivering training on appropriate and compliant use.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Pricing, Contracting, and HEVA teams to communicate the clinical and real-world value of products and support reimbursement, pricing, and contracting discussions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute reimbursement strategies, including coding approaches, access planning for new products, and competitive market assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the customer perspective across cross-functional teams including Brand, HEVA, Pricing, Contracting, Policy, and Public Affairs.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor market access trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic planning and execution while sharing insights and best practices across teams.<\/li>\n<li>Identify health IT (HIT) and quality measure opportunities that support business objectives and enhance market access strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Early Commercial and Business Development teams to evaluate and support pipeline and growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key member of product launch teams by supporting access strategy, brand planning, and execution activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with brand teams to support market access priorities and broader commercial initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required; Master\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Must have 8\u201310 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, or payer strategy within the pharmaceutical industry<\/li>\n<li>Experience presenting to senior leadership<\/li>\n<li>Proven success in product launches and cross-functional leadership<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with value-based contracting and provider risk models preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New Jersey, USA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1362<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[31,28,29,113,32,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250577","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-executive","6":"product_cat-geography","7":"product_cat-job-function","8":"product_cat-new-jersey","9":"product_cat-open","10":"product_cat-status","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
