The Business Development Manager builds and strengthens relationships through education, strategic communication, clear goal-setting, and active listening. This role drives business growth by executing sales strategies, leveraging company resources, and collaborating with key decision-makers across target accounts within an assigned territory. Responsible for both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts, the Business Development Manager plays a key role in supporting market growth and maintaining the company&#8217;s leadership within the industry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, plan, and execute opportunities for new partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, meeting or exceeding established goals.<\/li>\n<li>Clearly communicate the company\u2019s value proposition and competitive advantages.<\/li>\n<li>Develop in-depth knowledge of the company\u2019s products\/services and market positioning.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate territory information and adhere to compliance and reporting standards (e.g., CRM systems).<\/li>\n<li>Drive growth within existing client accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Support client development through events, programs, and promotional efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Lead personal business development activities and support marketing-led initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver effective sales presentations and promotional materials.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve consistent new client acquisition goals (e.g., minimum of two new accounts per month).<\/li>\n<li>Plan and manage territory coverage efficiently and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain high product\/service knowledge and credibility within the field.<\/li>\n<li>Align individual sales activities with broader territory and company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with and report to the Regional Sales Manager, contributing to future strategic planning.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize social media and proactive outreach strategies to generate leads.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong understanding of competitors and market landscape.<\/li>\n<li>Where applicable, deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, or educational sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Understand customer needs to provide tailored recommendations and support.<\/li>\n<li>Track client performance and assist in developing their business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Provide remote training and support where needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of successful medical sales\/practice management or relevant experience and 2 or more years of general sales experience in a parallel market<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel up to 80%, including occasional weekends<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tampa &amp;
