The Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned territory by prospecting, developing, and closing new business with dental practices while growing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role manages the full sales cycle\u2014from lead generation and clinical education to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing\u2014and serves as the primary field representative for the organization.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory, targeting general dentists, periodontists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business, increase product adoption, and maximize account growth.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct in-office presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical education sessions on dental implant systems, regenerative solutions, instruments, and related products.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals while executing territory growth strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, providing accurate forecasting and timely reporting to sales leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company at trade shows, dental society meetings, study clubs, continuing education programs, and other industry events.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and customer support teams to deliver value-added programs that enhance customer engagement, product adoption, and long-term loyalty.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current knowledge of products, clinical research, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position solutions and address customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contract terms in accordance with company policies to secure new business and expand existing accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver exceptional customer service by serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the customer relationship.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategic territory business plans to identify growth opportunities, prioritize accounts, and maximize market penetration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and professional sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Five or more years of outside sales experience; experience in dental, medical device, healthcare, or other clinically focused industries is strongly preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive, quota-driven environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and account management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with clinical professionals and key decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to independently manage a geographic territory<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and ability to travel throughout an assigned territory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dallas, TX<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1373<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[28,29,32,37,26,53],"product_tag":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-250610","1":"product","2":"type-product","3":"status-publish","5":"product_cat-geography","6":"product_cat-job-function","7":"product_cat-open","8":"product_cat-sales","9":"product_cat-status","10":"product_cat-texas","12":"first","13":"instock","14":"shipping-taxable","15":"product-type-simple"},"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
