They are seeking a Vice President of Marketing &#8211; Aesthetics to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance within the medical aesthetics market. This role will oversee HCP and direct-to-consumer marketing efforts while leading a high-performing team focused on strengthening brand positioning and market presence. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in brand strategy, consumer marketing, medical aesthetics, and cross-functional leadership.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and optimize marketing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity across consumer and HCP touchpoints, including messaging, creative, and visual branding.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of innovative advertising campaigns across digital, social, television, and traditional media.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee campaign strategy, creative development, production, and media execution.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee social media strategies across key platforms and emerging channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor consumer and social media trends and adapt strategies to optimize performance.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, brand performance, and ROI.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage data analytics and consumer insights to continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaign performance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering creativity, collaboration, accountability, and innovation.<\/li>\n<li>Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to align positioning, messaging, and business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Build and manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Develop consumer education and engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, loyalty, and understanding of product benefits and safety.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on injectable aesthetics or related healthcare products<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience developing and executing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, including television and social media<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of senior marketing leadership experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional initiatives; preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong medical marketing experience, including HCP content development, clinical communications, and provider education; preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proven success driving brand growth, market share expansion, and commercial performance<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading injectable, aesthetic, dermatology, medical device, or specialty healthcare brands, including product launches and lifecycle management;
