The Business Development Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving revenue by identifying, qualifying, and selling prospective practices on the value of the company\u2019s products and services. Business Development Managers must be able to multitask, self-manage, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect, qualify, and close elective medical practices (Plastic Surgery, Medical Spa, Dermatology, etc.) on the value of the company\u2019s products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the Practice Success Team to transition newly enrolled practices and drive adoption and utilization of the company\u2019s offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular field travel (up to 60%) to prospect new accounts, onboard newly enrolled practices, and foster partner relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with industry partners to obtain and convert practice prospects.<\/li>\n<li>Promptly respond to practice inquiries and partner questions.<\/li>\n<li>Update and manage practice interactions via the company\u2019s CRM platform.<\/li>\n<li>Provide practice feedback internally so that the company can align products and sales strategies to market needs.<\/li>\n<li>Travel to industry conferences and similar opportunities on an as-needed basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 &#8211; 5 years of sales-related experience<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of the aesthetic industry and associated treatment plans and product offerings<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate elective medical practices (medical spas, plastic surgery practices, dermatology practices, etc.) and connect with decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, top-performer<\/li>\n<li>Independent worker, proven self-starter<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to overcome objections<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail, including tracking sales efforts in Customer Relationship Management systems<\/li>\n<li>High energy and an eagerness to learn<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable in a dynamic environment with evolving processes, systems, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>New York, NY<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1401<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[28,29,68,32,37,26],"product_tag":[],"class_list":["post-250654","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-geography","product_cat-job-function","product_cat-new-york","product_cat-open","product_cat-sales","product_cat-status","first","instock","shipping-taxable","product-type-simple"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.5 -
