They are seeking\u00a0a Vice President, Sales.\u00a0The Vice President, Sales will provide\u00a0strategic leadership, management, and vision to\u00a0drive profitable revenue\u00a0growth and\u00a0an exceptional customer\u00a0experience across current\u00a0and expanded business\u00a0segments and product\u00a0categories. This role\u00a0is responsible\u00a0for developing and\u00a0executing go-to-market strategies, leading\u00a0the full-cycle\u00a0sales process across\u00a0diverse\u00a0customer types, and optimizing sales resources\u00a0for market coverage\u00a0and growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive profitable sales\u00a0growth, above-market\u00a0performance, and exceptional\u00a0customer experience across\u00a0current and\u00a0future products and\u00a0channels.<\/li>\n<li>Lead sales teams\u00a0with a strong\u00a0focus on\u00a0revenue attainment, accountability, customer satisfaction,\u00a0and aggressive growth\u00a0objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement\u00a0value-driven go-to-market\u00a0strategies that strengthen competitive advantage and\u00a0influence customer purchasing\u00a0decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic vision\u00a0and direction, fostering\u00a0a proactive, solutions-oriented approach\u00a0to business needs\u00a0and future challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain\u00a0an accountability and\u00a0results-driven culture with\u00a0clear reporting on performance and opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Assess and optimize\u00a0sales structure to\u00a0support future growth\u00a0and scale,\u00a0implementing changes as\u00a0needed.<\/li>\n<li>Guide the development\u00a0of sales compensation\u00a0and incentive programs\u00a0that drive desired\u00a0business outcomes and\u00a0motivate employees.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and leverage\u00a0technology and digital\u00a0enhancements to generate\u00a0and capitalize on\u00a0customer demand.<\/li>\n<li>Build cross-functional\u00a0relationships across Marketing, Product, Operations, Quality, and other functions\u00a0to\u00a0address customer, market, and organizational challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior\u00a0leadership in a\u00a0matrixed environment to\u00a0identify\u00a0and execute solutions\u00a0to complex business\u00a0issues.<\/li>\n<li>Lead a high-performance team; attract, develop, and\u00a0retain top talent\u00a0through coaching and\u00a0mentorship.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold corporate values\u00a0and foster a\u00a0culture aligned with\u00a0organizational expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry, market, and competitive trends\u00a0and develop plans\u00a0to capitalize on opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Business, Sales, Marketing,\u00a0or related field; Master\u2019s degree a plus<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of experience\u00a0leading sales teams\u00a0and\u00a0driving profitable growth\u00a0in a fast-paced, growth-oriented\u00a0environment<\/li>\n<li>Dental industry experience\u00a0required; experience across\u00a0other selling channels, such as distributor\u00a0or OEM, a\u00a0plus<\/li>\n<li>Broad knowledge of\u00a0sales strategies, techniques, and go-to-market approaches, with the ability to\u00a0identify and execute\u00a0strategies that maximize\u00a0revenue potential<\/li>\n<li>Proven people leadership\u00a0experience, including setting\u00a0strategic direction, building high-performing teams, and fostering an\u00a0accountable, customer-focused culture<\/li>\n<li>Excellent creative problem-solving skills with\u00a0the ability to\u00a0develop solutions to customer opportunities\u00a0and challenges<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen, with the ability\u00a0to connect\u00a0initiatives to organizational\u00a0performance and clearly\u00a0report key sales\u00a0metrics<\/li>\n<li>Superior written and\u00a0verbal communication skills\u00a0across all levels\u00a0of the organization<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer\u00a0skills, including proficiency\u00a0with CRM software\u00a0and Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Remote, USA<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Job# 1425<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_et_pb_use_builder":"","_et_pb_old_content":"","_et_gb_content_width":"","inline_featured_image":false},"product_brand":[],"product_cat":[132,28,29,32,35,37,26,36],"product_tag":[],"class_list":["post-250700","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-executive-management","product_cat-geography","product_cat-job-function","product_cat-open","product_cat-remote-position","product_cat-sales","product_cat-status","product_cat-united-states","first","instock","shipping-taxable","product-type-simple"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
