They\u00a0are seeking a\u00a0Vice President, Sales\u00a0\u2013 Channel to drive\u00a0profitable growth and\u00a0customer engagement across established and new\u00a0products. This role\u00a0will lead go-to-market strategy\u00a0for the Dealer Channel,\u00a0manage the full\u00a0sales cycle, develop\u00a0channel partnerships, and\u00a0deploy resources to\u00a0scale the\u00a0business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive profitable sales\u00a0growth and exceptional\u00a0customer experience across\u00a0the Dealer Channel.<\/li>\n<li>Lead sales teams\u00a0with a focus\u00a0on revenue attainment, accountability, customer satisfaction, and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute\u00a0go-to-market\u00a0strategies that strengthen\u00a0dealer relationships and competitive\u00a0position.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic direction\u00a0and foster a\u00a0proactive, results-driven culture.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize sales structure, incentives, and resources\u00a0to support growth\u00a0and scale.<\/li>\n<li>Leverage digital and\u00a0technology enhancements\u00a0to drive customer\u00a0demand.<\/li>\n<li>Build cross-functional\u00a0partnerships\u00a0across Marketing, Product, Operations, Quality, and\u00a0other functions.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with senior\u00a0leadership to address\u00a0complex business and\u00a0market challenges.<\/li>\n<li>Lead,\u00a0develop, and retain\u00a0a high-performing\u00a0sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor industry and\u00a0competitive trends and\u00a0identify\u00a0growth opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Manage operating plans, budgets, and financial\u00a0performance for\u00a0assigned channels and\u00a0segments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in\u00a0Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
