Position Summary:

Our client, a global leader in medical aesthetics, is hiring a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales achievement, territory development, and executing strategic objectives within a defined geographical area. The role will focus on increasing sales, fostering client relations, and boosting treatment procedures to raise consumable/product sales within their designated territory.

Position Details:

  • Manage a portfolio of customers within your territory, introducing them to new products and providing business development and marketing support to enhance their success with our state-of-the-art skincare treatments.
  • Assist clients in understanding how to position our premier treatment within their practices and businesses, ensuring consistent reordering of consumable products to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Support physician practices and spas in enhancing their top and bottom lines with our innovative skincare solution.
  • Encourage additional device purchases within the current customer base.
  • Make use of stock resources effectively to amplify product penetration and overall utilization.
  • Formulate individual account business plans to spur growth through strategic positioning, menu planning, and in-office initiatives.
  • Execute field programs to enhance utilization through advanced tactical strategies.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products to reaffirm the customers’ decisions to use/purchase.
  • Organize and conduct consistent and approved travel throughout the territory to expand business and engage with customers.

Position Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Account Management experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market, particularly dermatology or plastic surgery.
  • Ability to provide specific instances of your success aiding medical practices or med-spas in growing their business around specific products.
  • Experience in creating tools, processes, and programs intended to boost patient volume at an owner-operated business level.
  • Demonstrable high levels of Clinical, Sales, and Business Acumen.
  • Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to forge strong relationships with clients to enhance product utilization.
