Position Summary:

The National Field Manager (Dermatology) will be responsible for developing, training, and leading a high-performing field team. This role involves creating and implementing strategies for product sampling, developing training materials in collaboration with the Product Development and Marketing teams, establishing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), and building relationships with dermatologists and other professionals in the dermatology field to drive brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Train Field Team:

  • Recruit, Train and Develop Field team members.
  • Create and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure the team is

knowledgeable and effective.

  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment.

Develop Strategy for Sampling:

  • Design and execute a strategic plan for product sampling in key markets.
  • Coordinate with the Product Development team to ensure proper understanding and communication of product features and benefits.

Develop Training Material:

  • Collaborate with the Product Development and Marketing teams to create effective training materials for the field team.
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company goals and product information.

Develop KPIs and Measure Performance:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the field team.
  • Regularly assess team performance against these KPIs and provide feedback and coaching for improvement.

Lead Field Team Strategies:

  • Lead the execution of field team strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dermatologists and other professionals in the dermatology field.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on field team performance, market trends, and sampling results.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager/Director of a medically detailed brand.
  • Field team management experience, preferably in the healthcare or dermatology industry.
  • Previous experience in an aesthetic office/beauty advisor, Medical Detailing, and or Pharmaceutical / Dermatology sales.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance measurement. Ability to travel as required.
