As the Practice Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to partner with practices and deliver world class service that includes account management to new and existing customers, practice education on devices, business review, sales strategy, and staff training.
Who Are You?
You have 2-3 years of sales or practice development experience. You have strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, and pride yourself on your ability to maintain solid partnerships with vendors.
You will become a product expert and be able to provide training and business acumen to Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, office managers, and additional staff.
You will have the opportunity to participate in and support practices with event planning and execution. You will also be able to assist with the development of the practice by sharing best practices on email marketing, social media, Google, and website information.
Your result-oriented mindset will come in handy when seeking out opportunities for sales in new and existing accounts. You will also provide ongoing and multiple touch points with accounts to ensure continued success and build strong business relations.
