PROFIL

Product Launch & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in alignment with global brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate product positioning, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.

Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Design and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, social media, retail, influencers, PR, etc.) to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to create and adapt marketing materials, messaging, and assets tailored to the U.S. market.

Event & Congress Management:

  • Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, congresses, and promotional events to raise brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee event logistics, booth design, and event marketing to ensure maximum visibility and impact at key aesthetic and dermatology events.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Work experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, cosmetics or in any industry with hands-on value creation experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading 360 integrated campaigns across the consumer marketing and professional funnel.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization and externally.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and highly skilled in prioritization
