Responsibilities:
- Lead overall marketing strategy development and execution, including program concepts, marketing collateral, and comprehensive campaign management
- Drive national chain account growth by leveraging aesthetic device expertise to develop protocols, marketing claims, and scalable processes for large medispa clients
- Spearhead product launches from concept to market, including sales materials development, field training, and launch activities coordination
- Develop and execute brand strategies for key product families, utilizing market insights to achieve revenue targets through data-driven marketing activations
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales and R&D teams to ensure integrated product development and go-to-market strategies
- Identify market opportunities through analysis of trends, competitive intelligence, and consumer insights to guide product innovation and marketing initiatives
- Partner with R&D to develop innovative concepts, compelling claims, and product stories while ensuring technical feasibility and commercial viability
- Manage relationships with creative, digital, and PR agency partners, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Establish marketing best practices and processes that drive program success and operational efficiency
- Evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, providing strategic recommendations for brand and product portfolio optimization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of related experience in aesthetic medical devices/ skincare industry
- Demonstrated success managing national accounts and medispa relationships
- Proven track record developing FDA-compliant marketing claims and protocols
- Experience collaborating with R&D on product development
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives
- Excellence in strategic planning, analysis and presentation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Adaptable self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
