Overview:

Our client is a leading capital aesthetics device company making significant advancements in the field of medical aesthetics and surgical technologies with their FDA-cleared facial rejuvenation device. This company is developing next-generation minimally invasive surgical solutions.

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Events Manager to oversee both our live event marketing efforts and digital events (webinars; etc). This dynamic role requires a strong balance between managing high-impact events and leading the strategy, implementation, right down to excellent execution of live and digital events.

The ideal candidate will be an organized project manager with a proven history in event planning, bringing creativity and data-driven decision-making to both online and offline event efforts.

 

Responsibilities:

Event Management:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals. This includes trade shows, conferences, regional sales events and dinners. Creativity will also be important to ensure events are impactful and memorable and set the industry standard for customer and prospect engagement.
  • Event Logistics: Oversee all event logistics from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, registration processes, travel arrangements, and staffing coordination.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and sponsors, negotiating contracts and ensuring all aspects of events are executed smoothly.
  • Event Promotion: Work cross-functionally with the marketing and sales teams to promote events via email, social media, and paid channels.
  • On-Site/Virtual Event Management: Attend and manage events (when required), ensuring the smooth execution of logistics and representing the company at key industry events.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Analyze event performance, ROI, and lead generation to provide insights and recommendations for future event strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Performance Management: Report KPIs on a monthly basis to senior management and recommend changes to continually improve performance.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, design, and product teams to ensure alignment between events and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for events and campaigns, ensuring optimal use of resources while meeting targets.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in event planning. Both US and International experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing both in-person and virtual events, including budgeting, logistics, and promotional efforts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to use project management tools such as Asana a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Ability to contribute innovative ideas for campaign and event strategies, coupled with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in campaign execution, reporting, and event logistics.
