Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a passionate Associate Sales Representative to join their team in groundbreaking technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads within a defined territory
  • Establish a targeted cold call strategy
  • Effectively cold call within a defined territory
  • Create continued sales growth within a defined territory
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule
  • Focus sales efforts by targeting ideal customer segments
  • Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

 Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary representation
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Must have the ability to engage and service customers that will drive continued product utilization
  • Dental industry knowledge and/or experience preferred
