Overview:
Our client is fast-growing aesthetics company seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The Business Development Manager builds and strengthens relationships through education, strategic communication, clear goal-setting, and active listening. This role drives business growth by executing sales strategies, leveraging company resources, and collaborating with key decision-makers across target accounts within an assigned territory. Responsible for both new business acquisition and the expansion of existing accounts, the Business Development Manager plays a key role in supporting market growth and maintaining the company’s leadership within the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, plan, and execute opportunities for new partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and market positioning.
  • Maintain accurate territory information and adhere to compliance and reporting standards (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Drive growth within existing client accounts.
  • Support client development through events, programs, and promotional efforts.
  • Lead personal business development activities and support marketing-led initiatives.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Achieve consistent new client acquisition goals (e.g., minimum of two new accounts per month).
  • Plan and manage territory coverage efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain high product/service knowledge and credibility within the field.
  • Align individual sales activities with broader territory and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with and report to the Regional Sales Manager, contributing to future strategic planning.
  • Utilize social media and proactive outreach strategies to generate leads.
  • Maintain strong understanding of competitors and market landscape.
  • Where applicable, deliver product demonstrations, hands-on training, or educational sessions.
  • Understand customer needs to provide tailored recommendations and support.
  • Track client performance and assist in developing their business growth.
  • Provide remote training and support where needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful medical sales/practice management or relevant experience and 2 or more years of general sales experience in a parallel market
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%, including occasional weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
