Overview:
Our client is a global healthcare market leader with a strong track record of sustained growth. They are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer to join their team. The Chief Human Resources Officer is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the global people strategy in support of the company’s ambitious growth agenda. This role will drive a high-performance, purpose-led culture while ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains world-class talent. The Chief Human Resources Officer partners closely with the executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, foster organizational agility, and build the capabilities required for sustained global expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global people strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives and growth plans.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team on all people, culture, and organizational matters.
- Lead the global Human Resources function across talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR operations, and workforce planning.
- Shape and strengthen a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Drive leadership development and succession planning to build a strong pipeline of future leaders across the organization.
- Design and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent in highly competitive global healthcare markets.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to enable business transformation, acquisitions, integration activities, and continued international growth.
- Oversee global performance management processes that foster continuous development, high engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and reward programs that align with business strategy and local market practices.
- Champion initiatives that strengthen organizational performance and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and governance standards across all operating regions.
- Leverage people analytics and workforce insights to inform strategic decision-making and measure organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational capability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global HR leadership team while driving operational excellence across the HR function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Executive HR leadership experience within a complex, global organization, ideally in healthcare or another regulated industry
- Proven success leading people strategy, organizational transformation, and business growth
- Experience partnering with CEOs, Boards, and executive leadership teams on strategic people initiatives
- Strong expertise in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design
- Global HR experience with knowledge of international employment practices and workforce regulations
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with a commitment to building an inclusive, high-performing culture
