Overview:

Our client, a dental implant leader, is seeking a motivated and clinically knowledgeable Clinical Support Specialist to provide hands-on support and relationship management for dental professionals across the West Coast. This role is ideal for someone with a clinical dental background who enjoys working directly with doctors and office teams in both clinical and customer-facing environments. The Clinical Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting product adoption, assisting with training and education, and serving as a trusted resource for customers. This position requires a strong blend of clinical understanding, communication skills, and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-office clinical support and guidance to dental practices utilizing implant products and solutions.
  • Travel throughout assigned West Coast territories to support customer relationships, training, and case support.
  • Assist doctors and clinical teams with product education, workflow integration, and best practices.
  • Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations, relationship-building, and customer engagement.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure a high level of service and responsiveness.
  • Participate in chairside support, clinical observations, and procedural assistance when appropriate.
  • Help coordinate and support training sessions, educational programs, and customer onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with dentists, specialists, office managers, and clinical staff.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, implant workflows, and industry trends.
  • Document customer interactions, field activity, and follow-up actions within company systems.
  • Assist with trade shows, industry events, and educational meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a dental assistant or clinical dental professional preferred
  • Experience in dental implants, oral surgery, periodontics, or restorative dentistry preferred
  • Strong understanding of dental office workflows and clinical procedures
  • Comfortable working directly with doctors and clinical teams in a customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout the West Coast
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a field-based role
  • Ability to support both clinical and relationship-building aspects of the business
  • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic reporting tools is a plus
  • Ability to travel as required
