Our client’s goal is to empower and optimize brain function. They have innovated a method that improves non-invasive neuromodulation technology to address a wide range of neurological disorders, as well as enhance cognitive performance, using non-pharmacological methods. The technology is a precise, personalized therapy that analyzes brainwave activity using machine-learning and helps guide decisions on treatment stimulation parameters.

The Director of Marketing will establish the overarching strategy and the go to market plan for the software. The Director of Marketing will report into the Chief Commercial Officer and will interface with the Executive Team to successfully launch and growth the software platform.


  • Develop a comprehensive launch strategy and corresponding tactical plan for the software used for the treatment of PTSD. This includes the implementation of marketing plans and promotional programs to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover insights for developing commercial strategies and plans for existing products.
  • Build a marketing department to support the 2024/2025 commercial plans.
  • Hire and onboard creative agencies.
  • Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
  • Spearhead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
  • Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and provide post-event reports and analysis.
  • Uses customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Forecasts market trends.
  • Develop brand positioning, narrative, and campaign.
  • Analyzes sales and marketing key performance indicators.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
  • 8+ years of experience in a professional marketing capacity.
  • Experience in neuromodulation or Software as a Medical Device is preferred.
  • Experience with physician dispensed cash pay products as well as reimbursed products preferred.
