Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Director of Product Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of go-to-market strategies for innovative products. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving success in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of the existing product pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, clinical, marketing, sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure smooth product rollouts.
- Utilize your expertise in planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to guide project success.
- Drive the development of core product messages and positioning.
- Coordinate testing, implementation, training, and marketing asset creation.
- Leverage your experience in developing solutions for medical providers and consumers, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leader physicians.
- Provide leadership and training to the sales team.
- Collaborate with field sales representatives and support their training efforts.
- Attend industry conventions and meetings to stay informed and engaged.
- Stay informed about market conditions and competitive activities.
- Partner with the VP of Marketing to incorporate updates and messaging into tradeshows, symposiums, and study clubs.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 5-10 years of product marketing experience
- Deep insights into provider and consumer mindsets
- Strong collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of marketing and branding fundamentals, with the ability to bring positioning and messaging to life.
- Experience in managing and developing product portfolios, including traditional devices and workflows.
- Ability to earn trust and motivate cross-functional teams at all levels within the organization.

- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with robotic surgery marketing, familiarity with FDA regulations, dental industry experience, or start-up experience preferred.
