Join a company rapidly growing in the skincare & injectables industry – merging the worlds of science and skincare. The E-Commerce Manager will manage the E-Commerce sales cycle and processes to create brand awareness and optimize sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new product strategy, roadmap and key milestones to bring a fast-growing portfolio of our brands
- Create product stage-gate process and procedures to ensure on-time and effective launch to market
- Work with the Design team to create and develop new content surrounding campaigns and product
- Analysis of competitive positioning, products, brands, marketing and promotion activities and spending
- Develop strategies and tactics to improve online reviews including those of Amazon, Costco,
- Manage all vendor relationships and contracts
- Monitor content calendar for website and email use for SEO optimization
- Develop yearly, quarterly and monthly business and marketing plans
- Manage (Rangeme) portal and branch out to e-retailers
- Oversee customer service issues and messages to improve on customers lifetime and experiences: all touchpoint
- Manage optimization and evolve the company’s online marketing as the company scales
- Manage projects associated with landing page, website, acquisition and retention strategies
- Conduct routine reviews and analyzing paid media results
- Complete special projects and any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work
- Strong systems and technical
- Experience utilizing E-Commerce platforms & data (Google Analytics, Shopify)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
