Our client, a globally known medical aesthetics company, is looking for a Head of Quality Operations to join their team. This role is responsible for providing quality products to its customers and being responsible of the QA and QC functions on site.

Responsibilities:

• To manage the Quality Unit to ensure that materials and products manufactured, controlled and shipped meet the appropriate Quality Standards and are in compliance with the current GMPs.
• To maintain up to date the registration and operational documents.
• To set and maintain a Quality Unit service to meet regulatory requirements to support the new product filing.
• To ensure timely escalation of critical or significant compliance issues and/or patient safety risk to the appropriate people.
• To be the contact for Health Authorities Inspections.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelors of Science Degree is required.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing, quality control or assurance in a Pharmaceutical industry preferably in a biotechnology environment.
• Experience with sterile injectables, medical devices, and toxins.
• Experience managing inspections.
• Knowledge of LIMS and MES operations.
