Position Summary:
Our client, a world-renowned dermatologist, who is launching an innovative facial care line, is looking for a Head of Sales to join their team. Our client is poised to launch their innovative skincare products in the USA. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to spearhead our entry into the competitive US market. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing our brand presence across key channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the US skincare market.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with CEO on initial go-to market and launch strategy
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to penetrate the US skincare market, including channel selection, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Develop education strategy and materials
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing clear direction, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Prospecting, tracking, and closing
- Ownership of wholesale P&L
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and market expansion, preferably in launching new products or brands
- Strong understanding of the US skincare market landscape, including retail channels, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and driving change in a dynamic environment
