Overview:

Our client, a dental implant leader, is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing remote inside sales team. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with strong outbound sales experience who thrives in a growth-oriented environment. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, mentor and develop team members, and help expand the team from a small core group into a larger, scalable organization. The ideal candidate is energetic, metrics-driven, and excited by the opportunity to build processes, improve performance, and drive revenue growth across multiple territories.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in outbound sales efforts including prospecting, cold calling, follow-up campaigns, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Lead by example with consistent daily sales activity and high outbound call volume.
  • Build, coach, and develop a remote inside sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
  • Scale the inside sales organization over time.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new sales representatives.
  • Develop and refine call scripts, sales messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies.
  • Work directly with clients to build relationships, generate interest, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor sales pipelines, activity metrics, and conversion performance across assigned territories.
  • Assist in creating sales processes and operational workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute territory growth initiatives and expansion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting, and sales reporting.
  • Foster a competitive, accountable, and results-oriented team culture.
  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth within assigned markets and territories.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of inside sales leadership or sales management experience
  • Strong background in telemarketing, outbound sales, or high-volume inside sales environments
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate sales teams in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Experience recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and territories
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
  • Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
  • Dental industry experience is a plus, but not required
