RESPONSIBILITIES

• Achieve territory goals for utilization for KPI and revenue metrics by identifying accounts, selling in, and pulling through product utilization.

• Focus on new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be exceeded.

• Create sales cycle and training schedule to deliver on revenue goals for the territory.

• Act as a team member in practices to develop advocacy and ensure ongoing engagement.

• Implement marketing and sales programs to ensure product utilization, brand awareness, etc.

• Provide feedback to the Marketing, Sales, Clinical/Medical, and Operations team members to assist in the assessment and development of programs.

• Translate business goals into priorities and individual performance measures aligned with goal progress measures.

• Perform practice training with support from the Clinical and Training team members to train and educate practices on the Candesant technology, treatment, and business opportunities to ensure a positive treatment experience for the practice and the patients.

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the Candesant treatment, market, and aesthetic space. Be a resource to the account partners and the organization.

• Manage the department budget to invest resources wisely and exceed goals.

• Support other PDM team members by sharing key learnings to work together and exceed launch goals.

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key opinion leaders, practice staff, internal departments, and agency partners to influence the attainment of company goals.

• Maintain CRM systems and quality programs. Provide appropriate support per company SOP’s in the resolution of any product complaint or safety issues.

• Proactively support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, and any compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Represent Candesant professionally at key conferences, meetings, and in all interactions with provider partners, KOL’s, customers, corporate partners, and in the aesthetic community.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Licensed and able to drive extended distances (up to 5 hours), able to travel by plane when necessary

• Able to lift up to 50lbs

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

The ideal candidate for the role will be a proven aesthetic sales professional with broad experience in selling various cash-pay products. Preference will be given to individuals who have proven experience in building a new category and have demonstrated managerial acumen or managed teams. Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 5 years of successful sales experience in the aesthetic market with a history of deploying successful commercial strategies to launch products and develop new markets

• Experience selling to a range of end users – (practice managers, providers, physicians, practice owners)

• Preference for category creation and product launch experience

• Preference for both large and small company experience and a sophisticated understanding of cash pay markets

• Experience building territories, developing accounts, identifying opportunities to sell into accounts, and executing effective pull-through strategies.

• Preferred leadership experience with coaching, training, and management of teams

• Proficient with computers and relevant programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, etc
