Overview:
Our client, a healthcare leader, is seeking a Senior Channel Director, Dental to drive growth across dental support organizations (DSOs), educational institutions, and other non-traditional channels. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this role focuses on expanding market presence, strengthening key partnerships, and accelerating revenue through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, customer success, and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue objectives within specialized dental channels.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, while expanding partnerships to drive new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to launch go-to-market initiatives, refine messaging, and align offerings with market needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
- Support and guide sales efforts through strategic account management and performance tracking, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in sales or business development within dental, healthcare, or SaaS/fintech industries
- Strong understanding of the DSO landscape and institutional dental markets
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales execution
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of ownership
